Failing Foundation Repaired in Tyler, MN

Challenge

Axel in Tyler, MN had multiple cracked and bowing walls in his basement. He was concerned about the pressure that the damaged walls were putting on his foundation and knew the high cost of completely replacing the foundation. He researched foundation repair contractors and contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate. He approved of our products and design and moved forward with an installation date. 

Solution

We successfully stabilized Axel's foundation by installing 25 Geo-Lock wall anchors around the damaged foundation. Our crew drilled long metal rods through the walls into the soil surrounding the home. Then, they secured the rods by placing plates on each end and tightening them. The process took two days and now Axel’s foundation is permanently repaired and backed by a lifetime warranty.
