Geo-Lock Anchors and TripleSafe Restore Basement in Brewster, MN
Challenge
Joe V. in Brewster, MN contacted American Waterworks for a FREE estimate after doing some research online. He had water leaking into his basement, and he noticed his foundation walls were cracking and bowed. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan Woitas, to meet with Joe, evaluate the situation, and propose a custom-designed solution for his home. Joe approved of the foundation repair and waterproofing plan and moved forward with the project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew were successfully able to stabilize the basement walls with the installation of 13 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors around the deteriorating foundation. The anchor rods were drilled deep into the soil outside of the home and wall plates installed on each end of the rod to secure the anchor. Then, they tightened the anchor to start the process of straightening the wall. Next, the crew installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump, which provides three levels of protection to restore peace of mind. Joe was impressed with the results and happy he made the investment to protect his home!
