Foundation Wall Repair in Barrett, MN
Challenge
Ron and Patricia S. in Barrett, MN had cracked walls in their home, making them worry about the value of their home. They called American Waterworks to learn about our foundation repair products. They scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan inspected the problem, educated them and provided them with a trusted solution. Ron and Patricia went ahead with the project and scheduled an installation date.
Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team installed eight of our GeoLock Wall Anchors by digging eight holes outside of the home, inserting a long, medal rod in each hole, and tightening an anchor on each rod. Next, our team covered each anchor with a cap to provide the home with a clean appearance. To complete the project, Matt and his crew back filled the holes and replaced the soil. Ron and Patricia were very happy with the work and enjoyed their experience with American Waterworks!
