Wall Anchors Stabilize Basement Walls in Twin Lakes, MN
Challenge
Larry and Sandy S. had cracked foundation walls in their basement, making them feel uncomfortable and unsafe living in their own home. They did some research on our website and called our office to schedule a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, went to their home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After a thorough diagnosis, Larry and Sandy were comfortable with Mac's proposal so they went ahead with the installation.
Solution
Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team began the installation by digging 13 holes outside of the home and inserting a long, medal rod from the inside of the home to each parallel hole. Next, our team screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor on the end of each rod to stabilize and straighten the wall to its normal position. To complete the project, Jesus and his crew back filled the holes and replaced the soil. Larry and Sandy were impressed by how quick the project completed and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!
