SmartJacks Support Sinking Ceiling in Willow River, MN
Challenge
A homeowner in Willow River, MN needed repairs to her ceiling because it was sinking into their basement. They were extremely worried about the value and stability of their home, so they went online and searched for contractors. They came across American Waterworks and our foundation repair products, so they filled out our online FREE Estimate form. Our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went to their home to thoroughly inspect the ceiling and draw out a solution. The homeowner was confident in Chad's plan, so they went ahead with the project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production team installed 15 of our 7-foot-tall SmartJacks, along with their bases and brackets to keep them in place.
