SmartJacks Stabilize Sagging Floor in Stockton, MN
Challenge
Homeowners in Stockton, MN were experiencing sagging floors, causing them to feel nervous and uncomfortable living in their own home. Rather than replacing their floor, they wanted to focus on repairing it. After doing some research online, they came across American Waterworks and our foundation repair products. They called our office line and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Rick Weber. Rick inspected their problems and came up with a solution. The homeowners got all of their questions answered, so they scheduled the installation date.
Solution
Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production team installed 13 of our 7-foot-long SmartJacks to lift and stabilize the sagging floors. Our SmartJacks are made to hold heavy loads and can be adjusted over time due to its design. To complete the project, Cole and his team made sure the brackets were tight enough to provide stability for the home. The homeowners could not believe that the project only took one day! They were very impressed and no longer have to worry about the life and structural build of their home!
