Solution

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by introducing themselves to the homeowner and ensuring all of their questions were answered. After a clear introduction, our crew got to work and installed our Reverse Anchor Wall System by digging holes in the garage, inserting a long, metal rod from the hole to the foundation wall, and installing an anchor plate on the end of the rod to clamp the pressure needed to straighten the wall. Once that was completed, our crew tightened each anchor with a torque wrench to ensure the wall was pulling back to its natural position. Once that was done, our team backfilled each hole and compacted the soil, and applied another layer of concrete over it, ensuring the garage was neater than it was before.
