Before a property is built, a hole is dug so the construction process can start. You may think that your home rests on a strong, supporting ground, but the ground beneath the home is made up of many different layers of soil. Over time, these layers of soil can wash out, soften, or shrink, which will eventually cause the foundation to settle and crack.

A resident of Bellingham, MN was having similar problems like this, except their wall was bowing into their staircase. In order for their foundation wall to straighten out, they needed it pulled back to its natural position. They got in touch with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist went to the homeowner's house, carefully inspected their bowing foundation, and proposed our Wall Anchor System. Solution

Our Foreman and his production crew began the process by introducing themselves to the homeowner and ensuring all of their questions were answered. After a thorough introduction, our team got to work and began the project by digging holes outside of the home beyond the foundation. Next, our team embedded earth anchors in the soil and connected each anchor to a steel rod to a wall plate which provided the pressure against the foundation wall.
