Crawl Space Gets Transformed in Argusville, ND

Challenge

A customer from Argusville, ND was beginning to fear that her unstable crawl space was causing issues throughout the rest of her home. She was noticing slopping floors directly above the space and wanted to make sure that she corrected the issue before any more damage could be done. After deciding on our company, she gave us a call and we set her up with a FREE inspection into the issue. A few weeks later our Design Specialist, Kole, headed out to the property. Once he completed his walkthrough, he made recommendations as to how we could help. 

Solution

Kole informed our customer that the reason she was experiencing issues was in fact because of wood that was starting to bow. Kole recommended the use of our SmartJack support system to correct the issue. He explained to our customer that our SmartJack system is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position. Our customer agreed with the recommendations and work began a few weeks later. 

Our Foreman, Cameron, and his team worked diligently to install 8 of our SmartJacks throughout the crawl space. Once the job was done, our customer was happy to know she no longer had to worry about a faulty crawl space affecting the rest of her home!
