Foundation Wall Stabilized in Jud, ND

Challenge

A homeowner was rearranging their basement when they discovered cracks and shifts along two of the walls. Worried for their safety, the homeowner searched for a foundation repair company to come out and take a look. After seeing the stellar reviews, the homeowner decided to work with American Waterworks. The homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate and our Design Specialist, Kole, was sent out to check it out.

Solution

Following his review, Kole determined that the home needed to be stabilized. Kole also mentioned that the walls could be straightened, to which the homeowners agreed. After getting the okay from the homeowners, the crew was sent out to complete the job. Before the crew could begin, the homeowners were asked to dig outside the east and south foundation walls. Production began by installing the Geolock anchors on the failing walls. Once the Geolock anchors were installed, the crew installed the SentrySeal waterproof membrane and SilverGlo insulation panels. The crew swiftly completed the job and the homeowners were pleased that their walls had been stabilized. American Waterworks is happy to stabilize their customer's foundation walls.
