Challenge

A homeowner in Kathryn, ND, was attempting to sell their home. To put it on the market, it had to be properly stabilized. While exploring their options, the homeowners discovered American Waterworks. They went to our homepage and signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent out our Design Specialist to create a solution for the homeowners.

Solution

After his inspection, the Design Specialist determined the home needed to be properly stabilized. He came up with a solution that was tailored to the home and the homeowners agreed. Our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew traveled to the home and began the installation. Before the installation, all electrical, utilities, or obstacles needed to be pulled away from the wall. The crew first began by installing four PowerBraces on the east wall, six on the west wall, and three on the south wall. After the PowerBraces were installed, the crew cleaned up and completed the job. The homeowners were happy the home was ready to be sold and was safe for the next owners.
