GeoLock Saves Foundation in Trimont, MN

Challenge

A homeowner grew concerned over the large crack growing on their south foundation wall. Knowing we had done an excellent job working with us in the past, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the FREE estimate details were finalized, we sent one of our Service Technicians, Edgar, to provide the homeowner with some answers. Edgar arrived at the home and began his inspection of the foundation. Following his detailed inspection, Edgar determined that the wall was showing signs of early failure due to hydrostatic pressure. Edgar recommended that GeoLocks be installed to permanently stabilize the wall and the homeowner agreed.

Solution

After receiving the stamp of approval, the assigned crew was sent the project plans. Our Foreman, Juan, and his crew traveled to the home and began preparations. To begin the project, the crew made sure that all the items were moved out of the way. Once the wall was ready, the crew installed five GeoLocks along the south wall.
