CarbonArmor Stabilizes Wall in Stoddard, WI

Challenge

A homeowner in Stoddard, WI, realized it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. After calling our Appointment Center, the homeowners prepared for the arrival of Service Technician, Kyle. When Kyle arrived, he greeted the homeowner and began his evaluation of the products previously installed. During this evaluation, Kyle discovered that there was a separation between the cinder blocks on the north basement wall. To prevent the cracks from growing, Kyle recommended that the wall be permanently stabilized.

Solution

Knowing that we complete high-quality work, the homeowners agreed with Kyle's recommendations. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew were assigned to complete the job and traveled to the home. The crew began by prepping the north wall for the CarbonArmor installation. CarbonArmor is our wall reinforcing system that is used to fix cracked and bowing foundation walls. The crew installed seven CarbonArmor strips on the wall and attached them to a bracket near the top. Once all the CarbonArmor strips were secured into place, the crew cleaned up the basement.
