A homeowner in Glencoe, MN, was doing some housework in their basement when they noticed large stairstep cracks in their foundation. Once the estimate details were settled, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Dylan, one of our Design Specialists. Dylan arrived at the home and introduced himself to the homeowners, then began the detailed inspection. After completing his inspection, Dylan determined that the foundation was showing early signs of failure.

Solution

After Dylan determined the cause, he was able to provide a solution for the homeowners. Dylan suggested that the cracking walls be permanently stabilized using GeoLock anchors.
