GeoLocks and PowerBraces Installed in Hector, MN

A homeowner in Hector, MN, was interested in having a professional come to their home and inspect the cracks in their foundation. Unsure of who to work with, the homeowner decided to do some research into foundation repair experts near them. The homeowner came across our 5-star reviews and decided to look further into our company. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Kevin, one of our Design Specialists. Kevin arrived at the home and he began investigating the status of the foundation wall. After Kevin finished the analysis, he determined the foundation required permanent stabilization.

Solution

Kevin suggested that the foundation be stabilized using GeoLocks and PowerBraces. After considering all their options, the homeowner decided to follow Kevin's suggestions. Once they received approval, the plans were directed to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the foundation stabilization. First, the crew installed eight GeoLocks on the east and south walls. In addition to the GeoLocks, the crew also installed four PowerBraces on the east foundation wall. PowerBraces is our foundation wall repair system that is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten over time.
