Foundation and Sidewalk Restored in Fridley, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Fridley, MN, wanted to have several areas of their home repaired, but they weren't sure of who to work with. Knowing they did not need total basement restoration, the homeowner wanted to find a company that provides several services. The homeowner asked their neighbors for any recommendations, and they all referred them to us, American Waterworks. We sent one of our Design Specialist, Jesse, to perform the estimate on the home. Once Jesse arrived, he inspected the foundation, basement, and sidewalks. Solution

Jesse recommended that the sidewalk be lifted with the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, to stop the failure from progressing. Additionally, Jesse suggested that the foundation be stabilized using GeoLocks. Knowing this would provide them with long-lasting solutions, the homeowner agreed. After receiving the stamp of approval, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew. When they arrived, the crew focused on stabilizing the failing foundation.
