Cracking Garage Wall Gets Transformed in Minneapolis, MN

Solution

After his inspection, Nick found that the foundation wall was indeed failing. He shared the homeowner's concerns and recommended the use of our GeoLock C-Channel Anchors to fix the situation. He explained that our C-Channel and Geo-Lock anchors are designed to repair bowed, buckled, and tilting foundation walls. This proven repair technique is faster, less disruptive, and much more affordable than foundation wall replacement. The homeowner agreed and work began shortly after. A few weeks later, our Foreman, Kiko, and his team made their way out to the home. First, they began by measuring the proper distance for the anchors to be on the wall. Next, they excavated pieces of the yard beyond the foundation so the anchors had nicely compacted virgin soil to be anchored too. Then they drilled holes through the foundation, connecting the anchor plate on the exterior with the inside c-channel. Finally, they tightened the anchors and backfilled the excavated areas of the yard. Once the project was completed, Kiko and his team placed 4 of our C-channel anchors along the problem wall.
