Once the FREE estimate was set, they awaited the arrival of Chuck, one of our Design Specialists. Once Chuck arrived, he began inspecting the foundation and basement. Chuck confirmed that the foundation was struggling and progressively failing. However, Chuck provided them with a solution that would eliminate the risk of failure.

Solution

Chuck recommended that the foundation be permanently stabilized with GeoLocks and PowerBraces. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed and production commenced. Our Foreman, Luis, and his crew arrived at the home to begin the project. First, the crew installed 20 GeoLock anchors on the north and south basement walls. After the GeoLocks were secured into place, the crew shifted their focus to installing four PowerBraces on the east wall. For each product, the crew included a tightening kit, so the homeowner can gradually straighten their walls over time.
