PowerBraces and GeoLocks Installed in Fargo, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Fargo, ND, grew very concerned when they discovered large cracks throughout their basement walls. Instead of letting the issue worsen, the homeowner began looking for an expert solution. After looking through several companies, the homeowner's eye was caught by our impressive foundation repair before and after photos. The homeowner called our Appointment Center to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate details were finalized, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kole, to perform the estimate. Kole traveled to the home and began his in-depth estimate of the home. After Kole completed the walkthrough, he was able to determine that the foundation was settling and needed to be stabilized.

Solution

After Kole found the problem he was able to provide the homeowner with a solution. Kole suggested the home be permanently stabilized with our GeoLock Wall Anchors and PowerBraces. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. Once the plans were approved by the office, they were sent to our Foreman, Emmanuel. After Emmanuel received the plans, he and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, the crew started by installing eight GeoLock Wall Anchors, our innovative wall anchor solution, on the north and west walls. After the GeoLock Wall Anchors were installed, the crew shifted their focus to installing two PowerBraces, our foundation wall repair solution, to the north wall.
