Kanawha, IA, Cracked and Bowing Walls Repaired

A homeowner in Kanawha, IA, noticed the cracks in their walls were growing. Concerned this could mean larger issues, the homeowner began looking into "Iowa foundation repair". To their surprise, the one company that caught their eye was a Minnesota-based company, American Waterworks. Impressed with previous foundation jobs, the homeowner knew we were the perfect company for their job. Next, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Iowa-based Design Specialists, Brady, to the home.

Solution

As soon as Brady arrived at the home, he introduced himself to the homeowner and began the thorough walk-through of the interior and exterior foundation. While investigating the foundation, Brady found that the north walls were being affected the most. As soon as they arrived, Chris and his crew prepped the wall for the GeoLock Wall Anchor installation. Chris and his crew installed 12 GeoLock Wall Anchors along the north wall. Once the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their wall was permanently secured.
