Challenge

A homeowner in Mason City, IA, saw the cracks in their wall were growing. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution before it worsened. The homeowner knew their neighbors had similar work done, so they ask for any recommendations. Their neighbor referred the homeowners to us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner wanted to work with us. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Eric, one of our Design Specialists.

Solution

Eric arrived at the home and began the through investigation of the struggling foundation. During his inspection, Eric found that the foundation was beginning to bow inward and required repair. After hearing Eric's proposal, the homeowner knew this was the best option for their home. Once the date arrived, Raul and his crew, traveled to the home and started the installation. Raul and his crew started by installing five GeoLock Wall Anchors on the west wall.
