Foundation Repair Photo Album: Unstable Foundation Wall in Wayzata, MN

Damon C. in Wayzata, MN had a large crack in the foundation under his garage and through the wall on the side of the garage. Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his crew began the process of installing wall anchors by removing concrete in the garage for the anchor installation. Next, they drilled long rods from the outside wall through the soil underneath the garage. From there, they secure the rods on each end by putting on anchor plates and then tightening them. The wall anchors have now permanently secured and stabilized the foundation underneath Damon’s garage.
