Foundation Repair Photo Album: Cracked Foundation Wall Restored in Cottage Grove, MN

Eric S. in Maple Grove, MN noticed that one of his basement walls had started bowing. He couldn’t see the issue directly because it was covered up by the drywall. Chad uncovered that there was a large crack through the brick wall, which was causing it to bow inward. Chad recommended that we install anchors to permanently stabilize the wall. Eric agreed, and was pleased with the proposal that Chad developed, so he scheduled the installation. Our production team installed 8 wall anchors along the bowing wall by removing sections of the drywall, drilling the metal rod through the brick into the soil outside of the home and installing plates on each of end the rod to secure the anchor.
