He was concerned that the foundation was sinking and settling because of unstable soil and was worried about the stability of his home. He approved of the plan and scheduled the installation.  Our production crew began the project with excavating the soil around the home where the foundation started settling. They placed the bracket of the piers underneath the foundation and then installed the piers. Push piers are the best option available, providing a permanent solution for settlement issues and can reach a greater depth than any other option. Lastly, they installed SilverGlo Wall Insulation along the outside of the foundation. SilverGlo™ boasts a radiant barrier, which reflects heat back into the home for ultimate energy savings. Matt is glad he made the investment to permanently stabilize his foundation.
