Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Repair Saves Home in Saint Michael, MN with Push Piers and Frost Protection

Mary Anne and Troy F. of Saint Michael, MN had multiple damaged and bowing foundation walls on the outside of their garage below their frost line. They contacted American Waterworks for a Free Estimate, and we sent out our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton, to their home to inspect their current situation. Mary Anne and Troy followed through with the proposal and got an installation date scheduled.  Out foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production crew started the installation by digging out all the dirt and soil from around the side of the garage. They installed six push piers on the left side of the garage to stabilize the foundation and support the home for the long term. Push piers are the best foundation repair option when soil conditions are poor, and they provide a long-lasting result for settling foundation problems.  Lastly, to prevent heaving to occur, our production crew installed frost protection.
