Foundation Repair Photo Album: Wall Anchors and CarbonArmor Sustain New Ulm, MN Basement

Bruce S. of New Ulm, MN had cracked foundation walls in his basement, and he saw American Waterworks provided foundation repair services, so he gave us a call. Our Design Specialist, Reed Hudson, went out to his home for a Free Estimate. After a thorough inspection, Bruce approved of the proposal so he scheduled a date for installation. Our foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the installation by digging 9 holes around the outside of the home in the backyard. In each hole, he and his crew installed a long, metal rod from the soil to the interior foundation wall, and tightened our GeoLock Wall Anchor System on each rod. Our anchor system is one of the most durable, corrosive-resistant, and permanent solutions when it comes to foundation wall repair. Next, our crew installed six strips of CarbonArmor on the other side of the basement. Our CarbonArmor is designed to strengthen basement walls and was used by United States engineer groups to support bomb shelters, bridges, and skyscrapers. After everything was complete, Bruce said he was very happy with the outcome and blessed to have such a good experience with the American Waterworks team!
