Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Wall Repair in Easton, MN

Michelle and Matt W. of Easton, MN had cracked foundation walls in their basement causing a worrisome atmosphere to live in. One of their peers recommended American Waterworks, so they called our office to set up a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, went to their home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, Michelle and Matt were comfortable with Chad's proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Rene Hernandez, and his production crew began the project by digging seven holes outside of the home and inserting a long, medal rod in each hole from the exterior soil to the interior foundation wall. Next, our team tightened and screwed on one of our GeoLock Wall Anchors to each rod. Our GeoLock Wall Anchors are made to stabilize and pull foundation walls back into their normal position. Lastly, Rene and his crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Michelle and Matt were very satisfied with the work and had a great experience from start to finish!
