Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Walls Stabilized in Cokato, MN

Homeowners in Cokato, MN had severely damaged foundation walls in the basement of their home, so they went to their local home show to find a home repair company. They came across American Waterworks foundation repair products. After an in-depth conversation with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, the homeowners decided to have him come to their home for a FREE Estimate. Chad inspected the problem and came up with a solution. The homeowners were confident with his proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team began the installation by digging 18 holes outside of the home. Jesus and his crew installed a long, medal rod from the inside of the home to the exterior soil, screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the end of each rod and tightened them. Our GeoLock Wall Anchors are made to stabilize foundation walls and straighten them out over time, providing the basement with a life-lasting support structure. To complete the project, Jesus and his team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil, leaving the yard neater than when they found it.
