Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Walls Repaired in Princeton, MN

A homeowner in Princeton, MN had bowed foundation walls, causing them to feel nervous and uncomfortable living in their own home. They went to their local home show to see if they could find a contractor that could help them. American Waterworks was there and the homeowner talked briefly with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, about our foundation repair products. The homeowner felt confident in our work so he scheduled a FREE Estimate.  Chad went to their home, inspected the problem and came up with a solution. The homeowner was confident in Chad's proposal so he went ahead and scheduled an installation date. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production crew began the installation by digging five holes outside of the home and installing a long, medal rod from the interior foundation wall to each hole. Our team screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod, made to straighten and pull back the wall to its original position. To complete the project, Matt and his crew backfilled the holes and replaced the soil.
