Foundation Repair Photo Album: Wall Anchors Support Wall in Eden Prairie, MN

Raj and Pamela L. of Eden Prairie, MN had a cracked wall in their basement, making them worry about the stability of their home. They did some research on our website and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Chad went to their home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. Raj and Pamela were confident with Chad's proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team began the project by digging a long, thick trench in the backyard. Next, our team installed eight long, metal rods from the inside foundation to the outside trench. Our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod to pull back and straighten the wall back to its normal position. To complete the installation, our crew backfilled the trench, replaced the soil, and left the yard looking neater than when they found it.
