Foundation Repair Photo Album: Cracked Wall Stabilized with Wall Anchors in Avoca, MN

Arlene O. of Avoca, MN had cracked foundation walls in her basement, making her feel unsafe and nervous to live in her own home. After seeing an American Waterworks foundation repair advertisement in the Post-Bulletin, she called our office line to set up a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist, Tom Ringeisen, went to her home to inspect the cracks and come up with a solution. Arlene felt confident in Tom's proposal, so she scheduled an installation date.  Our Foreman, Trevor Ellingson, and his production crew began the project by digging 22 holes on the back and side of her home. Next, from inside the basement, our team installed a long, medal from the foundation wall to each hole outside of the home. Lastly, our crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchor on the ends of each rod to straighten the walls into their natural position. To complete the installation, Trevor and his team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil.
