Foundation Repair Photo Album: Wall Anchors Restore Foundation Wall in Rochester, MN

Becky W. of Rochester, MN had cracked foundation walls in her basement, making her worry about the stability of her home. Our service technician, Darin Horstmann, was at her house for annual maintenance and inspected her cracked walls. After a thorough inspection, Becky scheduled an installation date to get our GeoLock Wall Anchors installed.  Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the project by digging seven holes outside of the home and inserting a long, metal rod from the inside foundation to each hole. Next, our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor at the end of each rod. Our wall anchors are made to straighten and stabilize walls over time. To complete the project, Juan and his team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil, making the yard look neater than when they found it.
