Foundation Repair Photo Album: Wall Anchors Restore Foundation Wall in Roseau, MN

Rebecca J. of Roseau, MN had cracked foundation walls in her basement, causing her to worry about the stability of her home. She did some research online and came across our website. After seeing that we do FREE Estimates, she called our office line to set up an in-home inspection with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Chad went to her home, inspected the walls and their problems, and came up with a solution. Rebecca was comfortable with Chad's proposal so she moved forward with the project.  Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production crew began the project by digging eight holes around the front and side of the home. Next, our crew inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation wall to each hole outside of the home. On the front foundation wall, Matt and his team installed, tightened, and screwed on four of our GeoLock Channel Anchors. Our channel anchors are designed to repair bowing or tilting walls, and they stabilize walls that are pushing at the bottom. On the side foundation, our crew did the same thing but with our regular GeoLock Wall Anchors. These are also made to repair tilting or cracking walls and stops inward movement entirely. Homeowners can tighten their wall anchors over time to be sure that they are working properly. To complete the project, Matt and his team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil, leaving the yard look cleaner than when they found it.
