Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Wall Restored in Chisago City, MN

Cindy N. of Chisago City, MN had cracked foundation walls in her basement, making her worry about problems in the future. One of her friends referred American Waterworks, so Cindy called our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to her home to carefully inspect the issue and come up with a solution. Cindy was comfortable with Ryan's proposal and the warranty, so she moved forward with the installation.  Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team started the installation by digging 19 holes in the soil beyond the foundation. From the inside of the basement, our team inserted a long, metal rod through the foundation to each hole outside of the home. On the ends of each rod, our crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchor. Our anchor system permanently stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard, compact soil beyond the foundation. To complete the installation, Jesus and his crew backfilled the holes, replaced the soil, and capped each anchor in the basement to provide a clean and neat appearance. Cindy was grateful we were able to assist her and her home repair needs!
