Foundation Repair Photo Album: Wall Anchors Restore Foundation Wall in Clear Lake, MN

Jeff P. of Clear Lake, MN had cracks throughout his foundation wall, making him worry about the structural build of his home. He went to his local home show in St. Cloud, MN, and talked to our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson, about our foundation repair products. Jeff filled out a FREE Estimate form, so Chad went to his home to inspect the wall and come up with a solution. He came up with our GeoLock Wall Anchor System to stabilize the foundation wall. Jeff got all of his questions answered and was confident in the product and its warranty, so he went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production team began the project by digging four holes outside the front of the home. From the inside foundation, our team inserted a long, metal rod to each hole outside beyond the home. Our crew screwed on and secured a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod. Our wall anchor system stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed, compact soil beyond the foundation. To complete the project, Jesus and his team backfilled each hole and replaced the soil, leaving the yard looking neater than when they found it.
