Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Walls Repaired in Chandler, MN

Loren and Bryce G. of Chandler, MN had cracked walls throughout the foundation of their home, allowing water to leak into their basement. This made them worry about the structural build and support of their home. They got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas. Dylan went to their home, inspected their foundation walls, and came up with a solution. Loren and Bryce were comfortable with Dylan's presentation and design, so they moved forward with the project.  Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team started the installation by digging out the soil with an excavator in back of the entire house. Our crew installed a waterproofing membrane outside of the foundation wall to allow support, followed by our SilverGlo Insulation panels. Our SilverGlo is a thick material that provides extra insulation and protection for basement walls. Next, Juan and his crew dug eight holes beyond the dig-out, and inserted a long, medal rod from the inside of the basement to each hole outside of the home. Our team tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod. This wall anchor system will stabilize foundation walls by anchoring the halls to the compact soil beyond a home's foundation. To complete the project, Juan and his team replaced the soil and left the yard looking neater than when they found it.
