Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Restored with Anchors in Fargo, ND

Lisa B. of Fargo, ND had bowed walls in her basement, causing her to worry about her foundation and structure of her home. She got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to her home, inspected her wall, and came up with a solution. Lisa was confident in the solution of our GeoLock Wall Anchor System and its warranty, so she went ahead with the repairs.  Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the project by marking out where the rods need to be inserted through the walls, and took out the part of that wall followed by a long block of wood for extra protection and straightness. Then, our team dug three holes outside of the home beyond the foundation, in correct measurement from the inside markings. Next, our team inserted a long, medal rod from the inside of the foundation to each hole outside of the home. Our crew screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod, enabling the wall to straighten back to its normal position.
