Scott M. of Longville, MN wanted to build a pole shed in his private lot, but his soil was not up to par for the construction. He knew of American Waterworks and our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, so he called Rick and scheduled a FREE estimate for a thorough rundown on our foundation products. Rick discussed Scott's problems with him and proposed our Helical Pier System so he could go about building his shed on top of it. Scott was confident in Rick's presentation and knowledge of the product, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled a day for the installation.  Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his crew installed 18 of our helical piers with the help of a hydraulic-powered, rotary-torque drive unit. The installation took a couple of days but was finished in time for Scott to go about his future planning.
