Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Wall Fixed in Kandiyohi, MN

Donald J. of Kandiyohi, MN had a bowing and cracking foundation wall, making him worry about the structural support and weight of his home. He went to his local home show to find a contractor that could help him with the repairs. He ran into our American Waterworks booth and discussed his concerns with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist set him up with a FREE Estimate for us to come out to his home and inspect the wall. After a clear and in-depth on-site inspection, Donald felt comfortable and confident in our proposal of our Wall Anchor System, so he signed our contract and got a date scheduled for the installation.  Our Foreman and his production team began the project by digging out the soil around the foundation wall with an excavator. From that point, our team dug six small holes beyond the dug-out soil and inserted a long, metal rod from the interior foundation to each hole outside of the home. Each anchor is connected by this rod to a wall plate that provides the pressure against the inside of the wall. With this method, the wall straightens back into its original position.
