Our Design Specialist, Dylan, proposed the solution of our Helical Pier System, which stabilizes the foundation and creates a solid supporting base that can transfer the weight of the home downwards to stronger, supporting soils. David was confident in the proposal and solution, so he got a date scheduled for the installation.  Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew began the project by removing all the soil around the surrounding foundation. Then, we installed seven of our Helical Piers to stabilize the settling home. Next, they installed our SentrySeal along the foundation, which seals off cracks in the foundation from outside to prevent water into the basement. Lastly, our crew installed our SilverGlo Wall Insulation over the SentrySeal, which is thick insulation that prevents mold, rot, and mildew growth. To complete the installation, our team backfilled the soil and compacted it to ensure it was strong, durable, and effective.
