Julia Y. of Madelia, MN was experiencing foundation issues so she called American Waterworks and set up a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to Julia's home, carefully inspected her problems, and drew up a solution that would work for her and her needs. She was confident in Ryan's proposal, so she went ahead with the project and got a date scheduled for the installation.  Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the project by installing our rebar along the foundation wall, which is a reinforced steel bar that is used as a strengthening tension device. Next, our team installed our PowerBraces, which are made to straighten and stabilize foundation walls over time. Lastly, Matt and his crew applied over ShotLock System over the rebar and PowerBraces which is a thick, spray-on solution that is twice as strong as concrete and rebuilds deteriorating foundation walls.
