They got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie. Richie went to Duane's house, thoroughly inspected their foundation, and determined the solution of our Helical Piers. After a clean and detailed inspection and estimate, Duane was confident in our product and its warranty, so he went ahead with the project and got a date scheduled for the installation.  Our Foreman, Cameron, and his crew member began the project by excavating the soil behind the foundation, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our Helical Piers, which are designed to transfer the weight of the home downwards to strong supporting soils. Next, our crew installed our SilverGlo Wall Panels along the foundation wall, which are made to prevent moisture from seeping in through the wall, while providing warmth, comfort, and energy savings to the home.
