Scott and Nicki A. of Grafton, ND had bowing walls in their basement, causing them to worry about the stability of their home. They got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie. Richie went to Scott and Nicki's home, carefully inspected their bowing walls, and proposed our PowerBraces, which are designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten them over time. Scott and Nicki were confident in Richie's proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew installed 24 of our PowerBraces around the entire basement wall perimeter. These steel beams stabilize the wall into its current position without any further adjustment. With this product, no outside excavation is required, they can be tightened by the homeowner over time to ensure it is sticking to its design, all components are rust-resistant, and they provide a clean appearance to the basement.
