Foundation Repair Photo Album: Foundation Repaired in Perham, MN

A resident of Perham, MN had a cracking and bowing foundation wall, and they wanted to get it repaired before it got any worse. They got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Kole. Kole went to the resident's home, took a look at their cracked wall, and proposed a solution. The resident was confident in the proposal of our Wall Anchor System, so they went ahead with the repairs.  Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew started the process by introducing themselves to the residents and ensuring all of their questions were answered. After a clear introduction, our team started the installation and installed four of our wall anchors and their hide-a-way covers to provide a finishing touch. Our anchors are connected by long, steel rods to a wall plate that provides the clamping pressure needed to stabilize the foundation wall.  The project took one day and the homeowner was very happy with the work!
