Foundation Repair Photo Album: Cracked and Wet Basement in Osakis, MN

A homeowner in Osakis, MN had cracks throughout their foundation wall, enabling water to seep into their basement. They got in contact with American Waterworks after finding us on a third-party site. Our Design Specialist went to the homeowner's house, thoroughly inspected and diagnosed the issue, and wrote out a detailed proposal of the repairs. The homeowner got all of their questions answered, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman and his team began the project by introducing themselves to the homeowner and ensuring all of their questions were answered. After a complete introduction, our team got to work and broke out the concrete basement floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which serves as an underground interior drainage system. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire basement wall perimeter to prevent mold, humidity, and water moisture from seeping through. Lastly, our team installed our PowerBraces along the foundation wall to straighten it and give it the supportive stability that it needs.
