Foundation Repair Photo Album: Cracked Foundation Wall Fixed in Elmore, MN

A resident of Elmore, MN had a cracked foundation wall in their basement and they were worried about the stability of their home. They did their research and came across American Waterworks. They liked what they saw, so they contacted our office staff and requested a FREE estimate with our design specialist, Eric. Eric went to the resident's home, carefully inspected their foundation wall, and proposed our wall anchor system, which is an anchor-rod installation that straightens and repairs bowing or cracked walls. The resident got all of their questions answered and they were confident in the proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman and his production team started the process by introducing themselves to the homeowner and ensuring all of their questions were answered. After a thorough introduction, our crew got to work and dug eight holes outside beyond the foundation wall. From that point, our crew inserted a rod from the interior to each hole outside of the home. In each hole, our team installed an anchor, holding that rod in place in the hard-packed soil. From the interior, our crew tightened and installed an anchor plate to each rod, strengthening and stabilizing the entire wall. To complete the project, our crew backfilled each of the holes, ensured the yard was clean and gave the resident a thorough walkthrough of what was completed.
