A male homeowner in Willernie, MN had a bowing and cracking foundation wall, making them worry about the safety of their house. Their realtor referred American Waterworks for the work, so the homeowner got in contact with our company and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to the homeowner's house to inspect the wall and come up with a plan. Our proposal consisted of five wall anchors, which the homeowner felt comfortable with and agreed to.  Our Foreman and his production crew installed five of our anchors by digging five holes outside of the home beyond the foundation. From the interior, our crew installed a rod to each hole outside. On the end of each rod, our crew tightened and installed an anchor plate that holds the rod in place in the soil, while stabilizing and strengthening that foundation wall.
