Our Design Specialist, Chad, went to James's farm, inspected the issues, and proposed our Helical Piers. James was confident in the product and its features, so he went ahead with the project and got a date scheduled for the installation.  Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew began the project by excavating the soil alongside the foundation. Next, our crew installed our Helical Piers underneath the settling foundation. Our Helical Piers are designed to lift the home back to its original position. These piers are mechanically installed into the soil until they hit appropriate depths and then prevent any future settlement problems. Next, our crew applied our frost protection over the piers, which is made to keep the foundation protected and warm during the cold months.
