Before & After

Radon Mitigated in Buffalo, MN

A homeowner in Buffalo, MN, recently learned that radon is a highly toxic gas that can be found in households. He learned that radon is a by-product of uranium, a naturally occurring radioactive element that can be found in soil. As the soil decays, it releases radon. Concerned that his family is unknowingly breathing in the toxic fumes, he decided to purchase a radon testing kit. After several days, the test results were above 4pCi/L and the homeowner began searching for radon mitigation services in the area. He found our website and decided to contact us to schedule his FREE estimate.

In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Tony B., arrived at the home to answer any questions the homeowner had and to create a design where our radon mitigation system would be installed. After the homeowner reviewed Tony's proposal, he decided to move forward with the project.

In two months, our Foreman, Dakota M., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began by installing a PVC pipe at the footing of the home. This would then connect to the radon mitigation system that is installed outside of the home. This is done this way so that our system can suction out the radon-rich air before it can get into the home and spew it outdoors. Once the crew was done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

Now, our customer and his family can breathe fresh clean air! When was the last time you tested the radon levels of your home? Schedule your FREE estimate today by clicking HERE!
