A homeowner in Olivia, MN, saw advertisements discussing radon-level awareness. Knowing it was a good idea to have it tested, the homeowner decided to search for a way to get it tested. The homeowner discovered that American Waterworks offers radon testing, so they decided to sign up for their free estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of the Design Specialist. After the Design Specialist arrived, they completed the radon test. Once the test was completed, the results showed alarming high radon levels in the home.

Solution

The Design Specialist alerted the homeowner of the high radon levels and recommended that they install a radon mitigation system. The homeowner agreed and the plans were sent to the assigned crew.
